Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using microentityaccounts.com (the “Site”) or engaging with any services referred through it. By using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Micro Entity Accounts (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website microentityaccounts.com. We are a matching, referral, and coordination service. We are not an accounting firm, and we do not provide accountancy, tax, bookkeeping, or any other regulated financial services ourselves

2. Nature of Our Service
2.1. We are a matching, referral, and coordination service. We are not an accounting firm, and we do not provide accountancy, tax, bookkeeping, or any other regulated financial services ourselves.
2.2. Our service consists of: understanding your requirements, matching you with a suitable independent, registered UK accounting firm from our network of partner firms (“Partner Firm(s)”), and coordinating the introduction between you and that Partner Firm.
2.3. All accountancy, tax, bookkeeping, and annual accounts preparation and filing work is carried out exclusively by the Partner Firm you are matched with, under a separate direct agreement between you and that Partner Firm. We are not a party to that agreement.
2.4. We do not review, verify, prepare, check, or take any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or compliance of any accounts, tax filings, or financial advice provided by a Partner Firm.
2.5. Any documents or information you provide for the purposes of your accounting engagement are passed to your matched Partner Firm for their direct handling. We do not retain, review, or act upon the content of such documents beyond the purposes of facilitating the introduction, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. Our Independence – No Relation to Similarly Named Businesses
3.1. Micro Entity Accounts, operating at microentityaccounts.com, is a wholly independent and separate business. We have no affiliation, partnership, ownership connection, or relationship of any kind with any other business, website, or entity that uses the same, a similar, or a confusingly similar name, including but not limited to any business operating under a similar domain name.
3.2. We will only ever identify our Partner Firms to you directly, ourselves, in writing, as part of our matching service. We do not authorise any third party to represent themselves as being connected to us.
3.3. If you engage, transact, or communicate with any business or individual based on the belief that they are associated with us due to a similar or identical name, and that belief is not confirmed directly by us in writing, we accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for that business’s conduct, services, representations, or any loss you may suffer as a result. You are responsible for verifying that you are dealing with Micro Entity Accounts at microentityaccounts.com and with a Partner Firm we have directly confirmed to you.
4. Use of Our Matching Service
4.1. To use our service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business or personal accounts needs.
4.2. We will use reasonable efforts to match you with a suitable Partner Firm, but we do not guarantee that any Partner Firm will accept your engagement, that their fees will meet your expectations, or that the outcome of the engagement will meet your requirements.
4.3. You are free to accept or decline any match we propose. Any agreement to proceed with a Partner Firm is between you and that Partner Firm alone.
4.4. Fees for accountancy services are set by, and payable to, us, under our own terms of engagement, unless otherwise clearly stated at the point of introduction. We may charge a separate coordination fee for our matching service, which will be clearly disclosed to you before you agree to proceed.
5. Partner Firms
5.1. Our Partner Firms are independent third-party businesses. Each Partner Firm is responsible for its own regulatory compliance, including registration with HMRC or an appropriate professional body for anti-money laundering (AML) supervision, and registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) where applicable.
5.2. We take reasonable steps to work only with Partner Firms who represent themselves to us as appropriately registered and qualified, but we do not independently audit or guarantee their ongoing regulatory status, and we recommend you verify a Partner Firm’s registration status yourself before engaging them (for example via the ICAEW, ACCA, AAT, or HMRC AML registration checks).
5.3. We are not liable for any act, omission, negligence, error, or breach of contract by a Partner Firm.
6. Payments
6.1. As a newly established business, we are not currently registered with UK regulatory bodies such as Companies House, HMRC, or for VAT. As a result, we may process and collect payments (including any coordination or referral fees payable to us, as distinct from fees payable directly to a Partner Firm) using international payment platforms and accounts, such as Wise, Stripe, or similar providers, rather than a traditional UK business bank account.
6.2. By making a payment to us, you acknowledge and accept that payments may be processed through such international platforms, and that this does not affect your rights in relation to the services described in these Terms.
6.3. All payments are processed securely by our chosen third-party payment provider(s). We do not store your full card or bank details ourselves. Please refer to the relevant payment provider’s own terms and privacy policy for details of how they handle your payment information.
6.4. Any fees payable directly to a Partner Firm for accountancy services will be collected by that Partner Firm under its own payment terms, which may differ from ours.
6.5. If you have any concerns about a payment made to us, please contact us at info@microentityaccounts.com in the first instance, before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider, so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from:
- the services provided by any Partner Firm;
- inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in any accounts, tax filings, or advice provided by a Partner Firm;
- your reliance on information on this Site;
- your dealings with any third party falsely claiming association with us, as described in Section 3.
7.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
7.3. Subject to Section 7.2, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site and matching service (excluding the services of any Partner Firm) shall not exceed [£100 / the amount of any coordination fee paid to us, whichever is greater – adjust as appropriate].
8. Complaints
8.1. Complaints about the quality of accounting work, advice, or conduct of a Partner Firm should be directed to that Partner Firm in the first instance, in accordance with their own complaints procedure.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
